We send promotional communications only after you have affirmatively opted in through an available mechanism; submitting a contact or job inquiry alone does not enroll you. We may continue to send non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, administer a booking, or comply with law.
The salon’s third-party booking platform may send SMS, MMS, email, or other communications on behalf of the salon, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, or cancellation notices. Those communications are sent through the third-party platform and are governed by that platform’s terms, privacy policy, and messaging policies. The Company does not independently operate an SMS or MMS messaging program. For information about opting out of messages sent by the third-party platform, refer to that platform’s terms or contact the salon.
7. Job Inquiries and Booking Communications
We may retain contact inquiry and job inquiry form submissions and related communications as needed to respond to and evaluate inquiries, administer booking-related communications, address security or legal matters, and maintain business records.

8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and evaluate contact and job inquiries, support booking and service administration, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, protect the Company, and comply with legal obligations.
Typical retention criteria include: the time needed to respond to and evaluate a job inquiry; the duration of an appointment or service relationship; applicable tax, accounting, insurance, or legal requirements; dispute and security needs; and reasonable backup cycles.
Analytics data may be retained for the period configured by the applicable tool and business need, and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
When Personal Information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it using reasonable measures designed to prevent unauthorized access or reconstruction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and scope of our activities to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party’s availability, security, content, or practices. Information you submit directly to a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy and terms. This Privacy Policy governs the Company’s handling of Personal Information collected through the Website and any Personal Information it receives from third-party platforms. Other third-party links, if any, are governed by the linked site’s policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, data practices, technology, or legal obligations.
